Privacy policy
Short version: we don't have accounts and we don't track you ourselves. One optional tool from an affiliate partner runs only if you allow it. Here is exactly what happens when you use Pickmysim.
Who is responsible
Pickmysim is run by Salaheddin El Hamraoui, based in Morocco, who is responsible for the data described here. For any privacy question or request, write to contact@pickmysim.com.
What we collect
When you click a link to a provider, we record which plan and provider it was, which page you were on and the country you are browsing from (worked out by our host from your connection). We use this to see which plans people find useful. We do not store your IP address with it, and it is not linked to you or to any ID.
What we don't collect
We have no accounts, no newsletter and no contact forms. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies unless you accept the partner tool described below, and we don't sell or share data for advertising.
The site remembers one small setting in your browser's storage, so the logo animation only plays on your first visit. Your answer to the cookie banner is remembered there too. Neither ever leaves your device.
Services that help run the site
Three companies receive technical data when you use the site:
- Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web server, it receives your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block attacks, and keeps them briefly in security logs.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typeface, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- Travelpayouts, our affiliate partner, provides a tool called Drive. It loads only if you accept it in the cookie banner.
Travelpayouts Drive (only with your consent)
Drive is a script from Travelpayouts, our affiliate partner. If you accept it, it loads from Travelpayouts' servers. It can recognise links to travel brands and measure how visitors interact with them and with offers, and Travelpayouts can set cookies or similar identifiers and receive your IP address and browser details.
If you decline, or ignore the banner, Drive never loads. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

When you go to a provider
When you click through to a provider, you leave Pickmysim. The provider, and the affiliate network that tracks the commission, can set their own cookies to record that you came from us. Their privacy policies apply from that point. We never receive your name, email, payment details or what you bought, only that a purchase happened and the commission it earned.
How long we keep data
Click records contain nothing that identifies you and are kept as long as they are useful for statistics. Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to answer them, then deleted.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask for a copy of any data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. If you are in the European Union or the UK, the GDPR gives you these rights and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In Morocco, Law 09-08 gives you the same rights. Write to contact@pickmysim.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If what we collect changes, we update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live.
