What to write about
Email is the right place for:
- a price, plan or network on the site that is wrong or out of date
- a provider or plan you would like us to add
- partnerships, if you run an eSIM provider or an affiliate program
- privacy requests: a copy of your data or deleting it
What we can't help with
We don't sell eSIMs, so we can't activate, refund or fix a plan you bought. For that, contact the provider you bought it from: their support can see your order.
