Terms of use
By using Pickmysim you agree to these terms. They are short, and written to be read.
What Pickmysim is
Pickmysim is a free comparison site run by Salaheddin El Hamraoui in Morocco. It shows travel eSIM plans from different providers so you can compare them. We don't sell eSIMs and we are not a mobile operator.
Prices and plan details
Plans, prices, networks and coverage come from the providers and can change at any time. We check them often and show when each price was last checked, but we can't promise every detail is correct at the moment you read it. Always check the details on the provider's site before you buy.
Who you buy from
When you buy a plan, you buy it from the provider, on the provider's terms. Payment, activation, refunds and support are between you and the provider. Pickmysim is not part of that contract.
No guarantee
The site is provided as it is. We don't guarantee that a plan will work with your phone or at your destination, or that the site will always be available. Our guides are general advice, not a promise about your phone or your trip.
Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or from a plan you bought through it, such as a plan that doesn't connect or costs more than expected. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Links to other sites
The site links to providers and other websites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, their prices or how they handle your data.
Our content
The site's text, comparisons and illustrations belong to Pickmysim. You can link to any page and quote short parts with a link back. Don't copy the site or scrape it in bulk. Destination photos belong to their photographers and are used under the licences listed on the photo credits page.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of Morocco, without taking away the protection of the consumer law of the country you live in. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: contact@pickmysim.com.
