Lempart Flex sells unlimited plans with a daily full-speed amount, and fixed-data plans. Plans are priced per size and validity, and the website says the price shown is the price charged.

The website prices everything in US dollars and says the price shown is the price charged, with no activation fee or card surcharge. Your bank may add its own currency conversion fee. The app listing also mentions a referral scheme that gives a friend 15% off their first eSIM and gives you credit.

Coverage and networks

Alongside single-country plans there are regional plans, such as Balkans, Central Asia, North America and Oceania bundles. Its app listing mentions global plans as well. The country list beside this section shows where it works.

Lempart says plainly that it is a reseller and does not run its own network. Your eSIM connects to established local operators, and each plan page lists them where the network publishes their names. Each plan also states the fastest technology it can use at that destination, so you can see before paying whether 5G is possible or the plan is 4G only.

A less common feature is the IP exit. Every plan states the country where your traffic reaches the internet, and the app lets you pick, for example a US IP or a local one. Lempart notes this is not a VPN, but it can matter for some banking and streaming apps.

Plans and flexibility

The focus is unlimited data with a daily full-speed amount. According to its unlimited store, Basic plans give 500 MB a day at full speed and then up to 512 kbps, while Enhanced plans give 1 GB a day and then up to 1 Mbps. The app listing says continued speeds range from 128 kbps up to 10 Mbps, and a Pro Store adds larger daily amounts and fixed-data packages.

Validity runs from 1 to 365 days. For most plans the days start when the eSIM first connects at your destination, not when you buy or install it, and the eSIM must usually be installed within 180 days of purchase. Nothing renews automatically.

Top-ups are possible on some eSIMs: the order page shows an Add more option with extra days on unlimited plans or extra data on fixed ones, if the network behind your eSIM accepts it. Plans are data only, with no phone number, calls or SMS, so your own number stays on your home SIM.

Buying, setup and the app

You can buy on the website with just an email address: no name, no password and no account. The terms say the company does not ask for your name, phone number or address, and there is no ID check. Payments go through Stripe, with cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, cryptocurrency and local methods depending on your country and device.

The eSIM arrives by email with a QR code. You can install it with a one-tap link on iPhones running iOS 17.4 or later, by scanning the QR code, or by entering the details by hand. Lempart advises installing at home on Wi-Fi and never deleting the eSIM, because it can only be installed once.

There are Lempart Flex apps for iPhone and Android, published by Lempart LLC, but you do not need them. An optional account with Apple or Google sign-in keeps your purchases in one place across devices.

Support and refunds

Support is by email to support@lempart.app or through a contact form on the website. Lempart says a person answers, usually within one working day, and there is no chatbot or phone line. It asks you to get in touch while you are still travelling if the eSIM does not work.

The refund policy is short and clear. A plan whose eSIM has never been installed is refunded in full on request. Once installed, it is not refundable, except where a legal right of withdrawal still applies or the eSIM cannot connect to any listed network anywhere in its coverage area because of a fault with the eSIM or the operator. Weak signal in one place, a locked phone or wrong settings do not count. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the decision. EU and UK consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right, which ends if you ask for the eSIM to be issued straight away.

Is Lempart Flex legit?

Lempart Flex is the customer brand of Lempart LLC, registered at 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming, in the United States. Its terms, refund policy and acceptable use rules are published in full and dated, and it is open about being a reseller rather than a network operator.

It is a young brand with very few public ratings so far. Its Trustpilot profile was claimed in September 2026 and shows a TrustScore of 3.7 from one review (October 2026). The iPhone app has a 5.0 rating from one rating on the App Store, and the Android app shows 100+ downloads on Google Play. That is too little to judge reliability, so the clear refund policy for uninstalled eSIMs is a useful safety net.
