PRIeSIM eSIM review: prices, coverage and our verdict

Prices and value

PRIeSIM sells data in fixed sizes, plus unlimited plans with a daily cap.

The price block beside this section shows its current prices per GB in each country.

Fixed plans range from small packages such as 500 MB for 3 days up to 100 GB for 180 days, and unlimited plans have a daily cap of 3 GB at full speed.

It charges in euros, with taxes included. The price block beside this section shows its current prices per country.

Coverage and networks

The country list beside this section shows where PRIeSIM plans are available and how many countries that is.

Its site sells country plans plus regional plans for Europe (41 countries), the EU and UK, the Balkans, Asia, Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, the Middle East and North Africa, North America and Oceania, and a global plan. Its FAQ warns that the Europe plan does not include Kosovo, and that a global plan does not cover every country, so check the country list for each stop.

PRIeSIM says it resells eSIM profiles from partner operators and aggregators and does not run its own network. According to its terms, speed and quality depend on the local operator shown with each package.

Plans and flexibility

PRIeSIM sells fixed-data plans and unlimited plans. On its site, fixed plans range from small packages such as 500 MB for 3 days up to 100 GB for 180 days, and unlimited plans run for 3 to 30 days. Its help centre says unlimited plans give up to 3 GB a day at full speed, after which speed drops until the allowance resets the next day.

According to its FAQ, you can top up the same eSIM from the app without installing anything new, even after the plan has expired, as long as the operator still offers packages for it. Top-ups are bought in the app, not at the web checkout.

Plans are data-only and do not include a phone number. Its FAQ says your main number stays active on your usual SIM for calls, texts and SMS codes.

Hotspot is less clear. Its FAQ says hotspot works on most plans, while its help centre says to use it only when the plan details say so, as some local plans forbid tethering. Check the plan card before you buy.

Buying, setup and the app

PRIeSIM charges in euros, with taxes included. Its help centre says card payments are processed by Paysera and Raiffeisen Bank, and its terms say crypto payment through NOWPayments is offered only when shown at checkout. Its terms also describe 5% cashback as store credit on new eSIM orders paid by card, which cannot be withdrawn as cash.

After payment, the QR code and manual activation codes arrive by email, usually within a few minutes, and stay available under My eSIMs in your account. Its help centre says some orders go through a short security check that can add a delay. We found no mention of an ID check in its terms or FAQ.

PRIeSIM has an Android app on Google Play, listed by Prconnect with more than 1,000 downloads and no public rating that we could see (October 2026). Its app page says the iOS app is coming soon, and until then iPhone users can add the web app to their home screen.

Support and refunds

Its help centre says support is available on WhatsApp every day from 09:00 to 21:00, and by email at info@priesim.com. An AI assistant answers at other times once you log in. Its about page says support is offered in Albanian, and its Google Play listing mentions English and Albanian.

PRIeSIM's refund policy follows Kosovo consumer law. You generally have 14 days to withdraw, but because you ask for immediate supply at checkout, that right can be lost once supply begins. Rights for an eSIM that was not delivered, is faulty or does not match its description remain in all cases, and PRIeSIM may reissue, replace or refund.

It may also refund a double payment or a QR code that never arrived, usually within 5 to 10 working days according to its help centre. It normally does not refund a package that worked and was used, a device that was incompatible, a QR code deleted after installation or a package that expired unused. It may offer refunds as wallet credit, but its policy says it asks for your separate agreement first.

Is PRIeSIM legit?

PRIeSIM is a trading name of PRCONNECT SH.P.K., which its legal notice gives as registered in Prishtinë, Kosovo, with business registration number 811410448. Its terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo, without removing mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. Its about page says the service was built for Albanian travellers.

Its public track record is very small. We could not find a Trustpilot page for PRIeSIM, and its Google Play app showed no public rating (October 2026). There is no iOS app yet. We could not confirm when the company was founded.
