Prices and value

Bidaiesim sells fixed plans, with a set amount of data for the whole trip, and daily plans with new high-speed data each day. The price block beside this section shows its current prices per country.

After the daily limit on a daily plan, speed drops to 512 Kbps or 1 Mbps, shown before you pay. It does not sell unlimited plans.

Prices differ by destination, so check the price block for the country you are going to.

Prices are final prices in euros. According to its terms, it does not charge VAT as a small business under German rules. Its terms also mention a 5% welcome discount on a first eSIM and a single-use 10% code for a next eSIM with each delivery. Only one discount applies per purchase.

Coverage and networks

Bidaiesim sells country, regional and global plans. The country flags and count beside this section show where it works today.

Each destination page names the local network and the country where your traffic reaches the internet. For Turkey, its site lists Vodafone, with the connection reaching the internet in the Netherlands. Its FAQ warns that this can affect streaming, banking and verification codes. Its terms say the coverage, speed and availability of local networks are outside its control.

Plans and flexibility

Bidaiesim sells two kinds of plan: a fixed amount of data for the whole trip, and daily plans with new high-speed data each day. On its Turkey page, fixed plans run from 1 GB for 7 days to 50 GB for 30 days, and daily plans from 1 GB to 10 GB a day for any length from 1 to 30 days. After the daily limit, speed drops to 512 Kbps or 1 Mbps, shown before you pay. Its site says some destinations also have 90 or 180-day plans.

Validity starts with the first connection at your destination, not at purchase or installation, and an unactivated eSIM stays installable for 180 days, its FAQ says. You can top up from your order page, which adds data and validity to the same eSIM. It does not sell unlimited plans, and its FAQ explains that most unlimited plans slow down after a few GB a day.

Plans are data-only, with no phone number, calls or SMS. Its guide explains how to keep your usual SIM for calls and WhatsApp. We could not find a clear statement on hotspot use. Its data calculator includes sharing data with a laptop or another phone, but its fair use terms bar use in routers, modems or IoT devices and allow the provider to slow or suspend an eSIM for sustained heavy use.

Buying, setup and the app

You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, and its FAQ says no account is needed. You choose a destination, enter an email address and tick a box agreeing to immediate delivery. The eSIM arrives by email as a QR code and activation code, usually in under a minute, and is also available on your order's private page.

Its site has an installation guide and a compatibility checker covering 211 phone models. Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. A QR code installs once, on one phone, and its terms warn that a deleted eSIM may not be recoverable.

We could not find a Bidaiesim app for iOS or Android. You manage your eSIM, top-ups and refunds from the My eSIMs section of its website. The site is in Spanish, English, Basque and Russian.

Support and refunds

Support is by email at help@bidaiesim.com or through a contact form, and the company says it replies by email within one business day. We could not find live chat, phone or WhatsApp support.

Its refund policy is clear. As long as the eSIM is not installed, you can cancel it from your order page for a full refund. Once it is installed, you write to support and it looks at each case. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take 5 to 10 working days. If it cannot deliver an eSIM, or a top-up fails, it refunds the full amount.

When you pay, you tick a box agreeing to immediate delivery, which waives the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Its terms also say it will not take part in consumer arbitration, and that no refund is given if an eSIM is suspended for abusive use.

Is Bidaiesim legit?

Bidaiesim is run by a sole trader with an address in Heilbronn, Germany, according to its legal notice. Its about page describes it as a Basque project from Bilbao. Its terms are governed by German law, and it sells to consumers only.

Its public track record is very small. We could not find a Trustpilot page, and it has no app, so there are no App Store or Google Play ratings (October 2026). We could not confirm when it started trading. Its terms do not mention an ID check or a minimum age.
